Delivery and installation

How scheduling works, what to expect on install day, and how to get ready.

<!-- DRAFT: review before publishing -->

Delivery and professional installation are part of every rental — we don't drop a box on your porch.

Scheduling

After your order is confirmed, we'll reach out to schedule a delivery window that works for you. You'll get a booking confirmation by email with the date and time, including a calendar invite you can add with one tap.

We serve the Kansas City metro — check the service area page if you're not sure you're covered.

Getting ready for install day

A few minutes of prep makes installs quick:

  • Clear a path. Make sure we can get from the door to where the equipment is going.
  • Clear the spot. If we're replacing an old unit you own, let us know ahead of time so we can plan for it.
  • Hookups. For washers, dryers, and other appliances, the water, drain, gas, or electrical connections should be accessible.
  • Be reachable. An adult needs to be home during the window to let us in and sign off.

If something comes up and you need to move your window, just reply to your confirmation or contact us — rescheduling is no problem.

On install day

Our technician will:

  1. Bring in the equipment and install it where you want it.
  2. Connect it, test it, and make sure it's working properly.
  3. Walk you through anything worth knowing about the unit.
  4. Have you sign off on the completed installation.

Once everything checks out, your first payment is charged to your card on file and your monthly billing begins — see Payments and billing.

After installation

If anything isn't right in the first days — strange noise, a leak, a unit that isn't cooling — tell us right away from your account or the contact page and we'll make it right. Repairs and service visits are part of renting with us.
