The emails and texts we send, how to control them, and how to keep your contact info current.

We keep you posted by email and text at the important moments — and keeping your contact info current is what makes sure those messages reach you.

What we send, and when

You'll hear from us at the moments that matter:

  • Sign-up and agreement — confirmation when you subscribe, and a copy of your signed subscription agreement by email.
  • Billing — a heads-up before each renewal, an emailed receipt after every successful payment, and an alert by text or email if a payment fails.
  • Service — updates when you've requested a consulting session, a site audit, support, or a report, and occasionally a quick link to rate how it went.

We send what your subscription needs and skip the rest — no newsletters disguised as notifications.

Choosing which notifications you get

Open your account and select Notifications from the account menu (or go straight to /account/preferences). Each kind of update has its own email and text toggles, so you can turn off what you don't want and keep what you do — for example, billing alerts by both email and text, but service updates by email only.

Updating your contact info

Everything we send goes to the email, phone, and address on your profile, so keep them fresh:

  1. Open your account and scroll to Profile & payment.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Update any section — Name, Email, Phone, or Address and save.

Changing your email here changes where receipts and confirmations arrive and the address you sign in with, so double-check the spelling.

Other preferences

  • Password — set or change it from Edit profile, under Password. (You never need one — the emailed sign-in code always works.)
  • Language — if a language option is shown on your account page, you can switch the portal's language there.

Moving or changing your business details?

If your billing address or business details change, update them from Edit profile — or contact us first if anything about your subscription itself needs to change.
